About the athlete

Sky Brown made history with her Bronze Medal win at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and became Great Britain’s youngest Olympian ever. In January of 2023, Sky also became the youngest-ever World Champion in Skating.

While Sky was born in Japan, lives in the United States, and competes for Great Britain, her language is sport, which she uses to inspire young people around the world to follow their dreams and reach for their goals.

Born in Miyazaki, Japan with a Japanese mother and British father, Sky began skating and surfing at age two and quickly became a phenomenon when short videos of her gained millions of views on YouTube. Sky continues to be the youngest athlete a number of brands have ever endorsed, including Samsung and more.

Contest accolades include 2nd place Stab High (2019), 3rd place Rio (2019), 3rd place STU World Championships Sao Paolo (2019), 5th ISO World Championships Nanjing (2019), 3rd place Dew Tour (2019).
